Cash Out means you convert crypto from your Plumex wallet into cash and pick it up at a nearby partner location.
You request a withdrawal in the app, receive a pickup code, walk into any partner location, show your ID and code — and walk out with cash in local currency.

How to Cash Out — step by step
Step 1 — Open the app
Go to Withdraw → Cash on the home screen.

Step 2 — Choose your asset and amount
Select the cryptocurrency you want to convert and enter the amount in USD.
The app shows you:
Current exchange rate
Service fee
Exact amount you'll receive — no surprises

Step 3 — Confirm
Review the details and tap Confirm.
You'll instantly receive a pickup code — valid for 7 days.

Step 4 — Find a partner location
Tap Find Location in the app to see locations near you on a map.
You can also search at moneygram.com/locate or simply search "MoneyGram" in Google Maps.

Step 5 — Collect your cash
At the location, tell the cashier: "I'd like to receive a transfer."
Bring:
✅ Your pickup code from the app
✅ A valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID)
The cashier will enter the code, verify your ID, and hand you the cash.

How to Cash In
Step 1
Go to Deposit → Cash in the app.

Step 2
Enter the amount you want to deposit. You'll see the exact amount that will be credited to your wallet.
Step 3
You'll receive a deposit reference code. Take it to a partner location along with your cash and ID.
Step 4
The cashier processes your cash deposit. The amount appears in your Plumex wallet within minutes.

FAQ
What currency will I receive? You receive cash in the local currency of the country where you pick up. Germany → euros, UAE → dirhams, USA → dollars.
Can someone else pick up on my behalf? Yes. Anyone with a valid government-issued ID can use the code. Convenient for sending cash to family.
My code expired — what do I do? Contact support with your Transaction ID. We'll reissue the code.
There's no cash available at the location — what now? Try another partner location nearby. If the issue persists, contact support.
Is KYC required? Yes. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first Cash Out or Cash In.
