Both the Plumex wallet and the Plumex Card are currently available to the same audience. Plumex is a crypto custodial wallet — we hold your funds directly and run our own internal identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to keep the platform safe.

This applies to the wallet and the card together — there is no separate, wider availability for one or the other.

You can register, complete KYC, open the wallet, and activate a Plumex card if you hold a valid Ukrainian ID card or international passport. This is a citizenship requirement, not a residency one — where you actually live does not matter.

What matters is your Ukrainian identity document (passport or national ID) plus proof of address matching wherever you currently live.

I'm a Ukrainian citizen living outside Europe — can I use Plumex or get the card? Yes — eligibility is based on holding valid Ukrainian citizenship documents, not on where you live. You're fully eligible wherever you currently reside.

I'm not a Ukrainian citizen — can I use Plumex or get the card? Not yet. You can join our waitlist and we'll notify you if this changes.

What happens if I move to a different country? Your existing account and wallet remain active wherever you go, as long as you remain a Ukrainian citizen. You may need to update your Proof of Address to match your new country of residence.
