Plumex is a regulated crypto custodial wallet. To keep your funds safe and stay compliant with financial regulations, we currently onboard users who are citizens or residents of the EEA (European Economic Area) or Ukraine.
Who can use Plumex?
You can register, complete KYC, and activate a Plumex card if you are a citizen or permanent resident of one of the supported countries listed below.

Ukraine is fully supported. Ukrainian citizens and residents can register, complete KYC, and use all Plumex features including the card and Cash Out.

Why is availability limited?
Plumex operates as a regulated crypto-asset custodian. This means we are required to:
Verify the identity of every user (KYC)
Follow anti-money laundering rules (AML)
Only serve users from jurisdictions where we hold the necessary regulatory authorizations
We are actively expanding. New countries will be added as we obtain the required licenses.
FAQ
I live in an EEA country but hold a non-EEA passport — can I still use Plumex? Yes, if you are a legal resident of an EEA country and can verify your residency, you may be eligible. Contact support for assistance.
I'm a Ukrainian citizen living abroad — can I use Plumex? Yes, if you hold a valid Ukrainian passport or national ID, you can register and verify regardless of where you currently reside.
My country isn't on the list — what can I do? You can join our waitlist. We'll notify you when Plumex becomes available in your country.
What happens if I move to a non-supported country? Your existing account and wallet remain active. However, you may be restricted from opening new products (e.g. a new card) until supported status is confirmed.
