How to deposit — step by step
Step 1 — Go to Deposit
Open the app → Wallet → Deposit

Step 2 — Select asset and network
Choose the cryptocurrency and the network you want to receive on. Make sure the network matches the one you are sending from.

Step 3 — Copy your deposit address
Each network has a unique deposit address. Copy it or scan the QR code from your external wallet.

Step 4 — Send from your external wallet
Paste the Plumex address as the recipient in your external wallet and confirm the transaction. Your balance will update once the network confirms it.

⚠️ Important — wrong network warning
Always send on the correct network. For example:
USDT on Ethereum → use the ERC-20 address
USDT on Tron → use the TRC-20 address
BNB → use the BEP-20 address
Sending on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. When in doubt — contact support before sending.
FAQ
My deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes — what should I do? Bitcoin can take up to 30 minutes. For other networks, wait 5–10 minutes. If still missing after 1 hour, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).
Does my Plumex deposit address change? No — your address stays the same for each network.
I sent on the wrong network — what now? Contact support immediately with your TXID. Recovery may be possible in some cases but is not guaranteed.
