⚠️ Important — wrong network warning

Always send on the correct network. For example:

  • USDT on Ethereum → use the ERC-20 address

  • USDT on Tron → use the TRC-20 address

  • BNB → use the BEP-20 address

Sending on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. When in doubt — contact support before sending.

FAQ

My deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes — what should I do? Bitcoin can take up to 30 minutes. For other networks, wait 5–10 minutes. If still missing after 1 hour, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).

Does my Plumex deposit address change? No — your address stays the same for each network.

I sent on the wrong network — what now? Contact support immediately with your TXID. Recovery may be possible in some cases but is not guaranteed.
