You can generate and download a statement for your Plumex Card right in the app — no need to contact support. This works even for a closed card — you don't need an active card to get its statement.
Path 1 — from the Card section
Go to the Card section
Tap Manage
In the menu that opens, choose Statements
Select the card you need
Generate the statement
Path 2 — from your profile
Open your profile — tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the main menu
Tap Statements
Choose Card Statement

Which format is the statement in? It's generated directly in the app as a downloadable file you can save or share.
Can I get a statement for a closed/reissued card? Yes — a closed card doesn't need to be active to get its statement. Select the specific card from the list in step 4 of either path — past cards are still available there if you've had more than one.
