Your reward is not a percentage of how much your friend spent — it's a share of the commission Plumex itself earns from that purchase. Plumex shares up to 50% of its own earnings from a qualifying purchase with the referral chain, split across up to 3 levels:

There's no maximum cap on how much you can earn this way — the more your invites (and their invites) spend on qualifying purchases, the more you earn, with no upper limit.

You earn from all three levels below you — not just people you personally invited. If a branch of your tree is shorter than 3 levels, that level's share simply isn't paid to anyone — it doesn't get added to your other levels (Plumex keeps that share instead).

Rewards come from Plumex Card purchases — the great majority of purchases qualify automatically, and neither you nor your friend need to do anything special or check anything for that to happen.

A few activities never generate a reward:

Very occasionally, a specific card purchase won't generate a reward — this is an edge case, not something you need to figure out or watch for. It doesn't show up as an error or as anything unusual in your friend's transaction history; it just means that one purchase didn't add anything to anyone's reward. Every other qualifying purchase they make keeps counting normally.

Anna pays for something with her Plumex Card. Plumex earns a commission on that purchase, and shares part of it:

Now flip it around — say you are several levels up an active chain: Mike invited Vasya, Vasya invited Petya, Petya invited Igor. Every time Igor makes a qualifying purchase with his card:

All three get paid from the same single purchase — the levels are counted from whoever is spending, upward.

There's no waiting period. As soon as your invite's qualifying purchase is confirmed, your reward becomes available in your Invite tab — usually within seconds.

To actually receive it: tap Claim once your available balance reaches 1 USDC or more. It's credited straight to your main Plumex wallet in USDC — no network fees, no minimum below 1 USDC.

Find your personal link and code on the Invite tab. You can copy it or share it directly (email, messaging apps, etc.) — the invite text is pre-written for you.

Do I get anything for signing up with someone's code? No — the referral reward goes only to the person who invited you (and further up their chain). There's no sign-up bonus for the new user.

Is there a limit on how much I can earn from referrals? No maximum cap — you can keep earning as long as your invites (and the levels below them) keep making qualifying purchases.

Why didn't I get a reward for one of my friend's transactions? Most likely it wasn't a Plumex Card purchase (a cash withdrawal, an in-app swap, etc.), or it was one of the rare edge-case purchases that don't generate a reward. Other qualifying purchases from the same friend will still earn you a reward. If you think something's genuinely wrong, contact support and we'll check.

I have a large network but a short tree above/below me — does that hurt me? If a level in your tree is empty, that level's share just isn't paid out to anyone — it doesn't reduce or redirect to your other levels.

Can I see exactly which transaction earned me how much? Not currently in the app — the Invite tab shows your totals (earned, claimed, available) and how many people are on each level. For a detailed breakdown, contact support.

What happens if my friend's purchase is later refunded? Contact support — refund cases are reviewed individually.
