Cash Out lets you convert crypto from your Plumex wallet into cash — pick it up at a partner location, or receive it as a MoneyGram transfer straight to your bank. No bank account with Plumex required.
How to Cash Out — step by step

On the home screen, tap Cash
In the dropdown, select Cash Out
Choose your coin — Cash Out is paid out in USDC; if you don't hold USDC, pick the coin you do have and we'll convert it automatically at the current rate
Enter the amount — the app shows the exchange rate, fee, and the exact amount you'll receive
Confirm — you'll receive a Transaction ID. You have 7 days to complete the Cash Out
With the Transaction ID, you have two ways to get your cash:
Pick it up in person — go to any partner (MoneyGram) location with the Transaction ID and a valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID), and collect your cash.
Receive it as a bank transfer (Ukraine only) — open your bank app (Monobank, ПУМБ, or ПриватБанк), find the MoneyGram / "Receive a transfer" section, and enter your Transaction ID — funds land directly on your card, no branch visit needed.

FAQ
What currency will I receive? Cash pickup is in the local currency of the country where you collect it. A bank transfer arrives in your bank account's currency.
How do I get Cash Out in Ukraine? Two options: find any MoneyGram location on the map in the app, or receive it straight to your card via the MoneyGram section in Monobank, ПУМБ, or ПриватБанк.
Can someone else pick up on my behalf? Yes. Anyone with a valid government-issued ID can use your Transaction ID. Handy for sending cash to family.
My Transaction ID expired — what do I do? Contact support with your Transaction ID and we'll reissue it.
There's no cash at the location — what now? Try another partner location nearby. If the issue persists, contact support.
Is KYC required? Yes. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first Cash Out.
