Cash In lets you bring cash to a partner location and get the equivalent credited to your Plumex wallet in crypto — no bank card or wire transfer needed.
How to Cash In — step by step

On the home screen, tap Cash
In the dropdown, select Cash In
Choose the coin you want to receive after depositing cash
Enter the amount of that coin you want to receive — the app shows the exchange rate, fee, and exact amount of cash to bring
Confirm — you'll receive a Transaction ID. You have 24 hours to complete the Cash In
Go to any partner location with the Transaction ID, a valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID), and your cash. The cashier processes the deposit, and the crypto appears in your Plumex wallet within minutes.
Finding a partner location
Tap Find Location in the app to see locations near you on a map. You can also search at moneygram.com/locate or search "MoneyGram" in Google Maps.
