Step by step
Open the Plumex app
Go to Card and tap Order a card
On the next screen, swipe to start opening your Plumex Card
Complete KYC verification with our partner
Wait for a decision — this is usually fast, but can take a little longer in some cases
Once approved, your card is opened and ready to use
What happens during verification
KYC verification goes like this:
Confirm your phone number
Complete a selfie check
Fill in your profile details, including your name and residential address — important: this address must match what you'll later confirm with a Proof of Address document. See our How to pass Proof of Address (POA) verification guide for accepted document types and format requirements.
Upload your Proof of Address (a utility bill, bank/card statement, or similar — not older than 6 months, showing the address you entered)
Wait for the verification result
